What You'll Do?
Our growing UK office is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. This role will be integral in continuing our growth by ensuring the office continues to run smoothly. The role will help the team by onboarding and offboarding employees, assisting leadership with calendar management, coordinating office events, and helping with other tasks as needed.
This position is not a remote position. Must be willing to go into the UK office located in London on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and facilitating exit procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, HRIS data entry, and updating employee information
- Performance management support
- Administer company policies and procedures
- Help prepare business presentations for executives
- Coordination of all office and team building events
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and snacks
- Manage company credit card, staff expenditure and working with the accounts team on any payment-related tasks.
- You will be responsible to assist in any other approved projects from time to time from your manager.
requirements
- 2+ years of UK-based HR experience
- Knowledgeable on UK HR law
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be tech savvy with a experience in messaging applications (Teams, RingCentral, etc)
- Highly proficient within the Google Suite (Sheets & Slides Wizards preferred)
- Comfortable with being managed by a remote manager
- Managing multiple calendars with different time zones
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Personable and high level of customer service
- Previous experience in a high growth Technology/SaaS company preferred
