Birdeye announces partnership with NextGen

Birdeye has announced its partnership with practice management solution (PMS) NextGen, to automate review solicitation process for businesses.

With this new and seamless integration, healthcare businesses will now be able to automatically send review requests to their patients. Once Birdeye is integrated with NextGen, Birdeye will collect and store the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients in the respective business account within Birdeye.
