This feature inspires both a sense of community and healthy competition within your team.With Birdeye, you can efficiently monitor the performance of all your employees based on the number of review requests sent and the customer feedback received. This feature inspires both a sense of community and healthy competition within your team, and in the race to be the best, they'll be making customers happier and happier.
Available on the first page as you log in, the 'Leaderboard' section allows you to view your top three employees based on their performance within a span of 12 months.
The leaderboard displays three crucial categories that define your overall rating. The first is "Reviews Received", the second is the average 'Rating' of those reviews and the last comprises of the number of "Review Request" sent by the respective employee. You can also choose to click on 'View Full Report' to view the entire leaderboard.
