Stephanie was the best!!! She definitely got the ball rolling for me, because I wasn’t having any luck with communicating with the resort. Stephanie was very responsive as well, always there to answer my questions. She was also there for my guest with their questions, last min changes and request. Then when we arrived at the resort and had an issue I was able to just call Stephanie and she told me how to handle it. I would definitely recommend Stephanie!!!! Thanks again Stephanie!!

Arrival transfers were outside airport at very last stand. NO ONE greeted us with a sign, we had to seek out service while hoards of taxis aggressively approached us. This caused much stress. Travel voucher to follow showed Raul & Morgan's wedding. Who are they? Our party was Tracey & Kenny. It took 3 emails to get flight change updated correctly. I would like to know how long Stephanie has been an agent. We deserve a partial refund for arrival transfer.
