Where do I even begin? We wanted to take a trip to Yellowstone with our two younger daughters but I had no idea where to start. Finding Alyssa was the best thing that happened to us! Stephanie and Unique Romance could not have been any better!! She dealt with our crazy families, people cancelling and even guests trying to book two weeks ahead of the wedding. The entire time she was more than helpful, polite and extremely responsive. She was very patient with us at the beginning of the process when we had no idea what to expect. She's a life saver, the sweetest person and we absolutely loved working with her!

We had a great trip and the resort was really nice. Very clean and staff very friendly and attentive. Stephanie had given us great information for when we landed and got through customs that made it easier for us to know what to do and where to go, as it can be confusing. Would definitely go back again. Stephanie also was very helpful and answered all questions we had prior to traveling.

Stephanie was absolutely AMAZING. She handled everything with my guest, so all I had to do was plan the wedding. I couldn't have done it without her. Due to COVID, we pushed our wedding back, moved countries and resorts, and she made the process super smooth for us, and my guests. She is very personable and responds very timely, even on the weekends. She kept me informed on all rules, regulations, and COVID restrictions consistently so I could inform my guest. Stephanie helped us coordinate our wedding party to Mexico. She assisted with numerous requests from our family and friends to make sure everyone was accommodated for. All of the reviews from our guests about their experience with her were great. We did have one issue with the transportation for our group specifically (they didn't have a sign out for us, but did for other groups). Otherwise, everything was fantastic!
