Stephanie was absolutely AMAZING. She handled everything with my guest, so all I had to do was plan the wedding. I couldn't have done it without her. Due to COVID, we pushed our wedding back, moved countries and resorts, and she made the process super smooth for us, and my guests. She is very personable and responds very timely, even on the weekends. She kept me informed on all rules, regulations, and COVID restrictions consistently so I could inform my guest. Stephanie helped us coordinate our wedding party to Mexico. She assisted with numerous requests from our family and friends to make sure everyone was accommodated for. All of the reviews from our guests about their experience with her were great. We did have one issue with the transportation for our group specifically (they didn't have a sign out for us, but did for other groups). Otherwise, everything was fantastic! Thank you Stephanie for all of the help and the great service.
We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Secrets Akumal. The staff was amazing. We had the most wonderful wedding coordinator that facilitated the most phenomenal wedding ever! Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure we had the most wonderful rooms and transportation! She kept us informed of everything we needed to make our trip a great success! Alyssa was amazing and so so helpful. She planned us amazing honeymoon to Ireland but due to COVID had to change destinations. She gave us lots of options to choose from for our new destination and suggested two different resorts.
