I had a flooding in my room and bathroom, I contacted United Water restoration group whom I regret using. They tried to charge me for work they did not do. They came and did few little things in my room such as removing the base board, carpet, and left four of their machine plugged in on my electricity for 5 consecutive days running, which aids in remove the moisture. United Water Restoration Group continuously tried to charge me for work they did not do. They sent inflated claims to my insurance provider and then hounded me for full payment when the claim was rejected and the services were not rendered.I finally paid them about $1000 for 3 days of air scrubber and dehumidifier equipment that they placed in my home (to get them off my back.) Do not use this dishonest company!

<p>*********************** was satisfied with our work until her claim was denied by her insurance company. THis happens a lot with mold and long term damage. Our original invoice was $5435.98. THis was billed using xactimate software that the insurance companies require us to bill them with. ***** & ****** came out quickly & seemed very nice & efficient. They took many pictures of what our plumber was doing, over all the days that they were here. Our leak was not gushing & we were able to turn off house's water. They were called to help detect the leak. Which they did not do! Yet our bill was for many thousands of dollars more than our insurance felt they deserved! Very disappointed in this company.
