Discovering a major flood in our church because of a hot water tank rupture, the call was made to United Water Restoration Group Pompano Beach. Within 60 minutes of the call, a technician, Angel B., was at the scene. He surveyed the affected areas, then put his head down and went to work laying out equipment to soak up, begin drying out, and mitigate the flooding and further interior damage. Very professional and in no time they showed up at my house on a Sunday morning after my entire house was completely flooded! They set up the fans and de-humidifiers in no time! Very pleased with Michael and his team. Would definitely recommend!!

What started out as a good company turned into a company who lacks Integrity. TERRIBLE! They want your insurance money and thats it. To say I was highly disappointed would be a HUGE understatement. Although I am grateful for them coming in over Labor Day weekend, and for the most part communication was okay, when push came to shove, they could not finish strong.
