HIGHLY RECOMMEND I can not say enough good things about JP at Universal Floors. A different company laid my floors - very poorly. JP made numerous visits to my home to assess the situation, and unlike every other contractors I had in, said I would not need to rip up the floors. Saved me thousands of dollars but using a very simple mechanism to fix everything. Everyone else tried to tell me that I needed to rip it up so they could make more. Needed Floor Repairs South Lynn is excellent. Universal Floors has done repairs for us in two different houses and we have been very pleased with both repair jobs. They are reasonably priced and clear, hassle-free outfit. You know exactly what you are getting and what you are paying for, and their estimates are at least in the same range if not lower than their competitors. I would highly recommend Universal Floors.

Fantastic and highly recommended! Universal Floors installed Ambient strand-woven click-lock floating bamboo floors in my living/dining area and the hallways of my home. It looks absolutely gorgeous and I could not love it more. I price-checked with several companies and Universal's pricing was slightly below the other companies I got estimates from, and their knowledge of wood/bamboo flooring was far far higher. The BEST! We just had new wood floors installed in our new kitchen by Universal Floors Inc. I am thrilled with the job they did. The wood (white oak) is beautiful, and the oil based polyurethene finish brings out the characteristics of the wood in a stunning way. The guys at Universal Floors couldn't have been more professional, and we heartily recommend them for any flooring job.
Universal Floors Inc. is awesome They refinished the floors in my kitchen a while ago. The floors still look like they were here yesterday. Not to mention the good customer service , the cleanlinest was the best part. My wife is a neat-nut and will not stand for dust- universal floors left no dust in my home. I will refer them to all my friends as I have always done so anyway..
Prompt, attentive, helpful Universal Floors refinished floors in our attic, including some patch repairs to floors that had been badly maintained under old carpet. They also refinished our kitchen floor, and polished other areas. I find them to be knowledgeable and attentive, and when I had questions or concerns, they were responsive on follow up as well. Prices seemed reasonable.
Sold the house Good looking floors re-finished by Universal helped move this house in this down market. I would recommend them to every one call me for more information
