As we are selling our home of 45 years we wanted a new LVP floor to replace the carpet in our basement. Tim our salesman gave us excellent advise as to the type of flooring we should put in to maximize the selling of our home. The work was done on time, and it looked great! The crew were polite, professional and cleaned the space so that all I did was moved furniture back in. Highly recommended!

Universal installed laminate flooring in our kitchen remodel last year. Mr Lee and his team were extremely efficient and we were delighted with the results. We have run into a couple of very minor issues with the floor over the past year, both of which Tim responded to immediately and resolved. The engineered real wood floors in my basement looks amazing.Universal Floors was the only company that offered a moisture control sealant on our subfloor.Your company would only do the job if this sealant was done. Your company left our home super clean .The cleaning kit you gave us was the icing on the cake.
