The entire process was very easy and completed on time. The staff answered all of my questions and then some. My contact Tim Allen was respectful of my tight time schedule kept the process on track as promised. I will use Universal Floors again in the future

Furthermore, they did an amazing job and really refreshed and renewed my floors completely while understanding the effect that I wanted to achieve.
