great company We've worked with Universal many times over the years and they consistently produce high quality work. Their prices are higher than other companies but when the budget is avail. they are the go-to flooring outfit.

Overall excellent job Our only comment would be that one piece of oak flooring was installed in a highly visible location and was much lighter that than the rest of the wood. This was subsequently darkened, but is still noticeable and disturbing.

hard wood installation and repair Universal has done a tremendous job fixing our floors, I don't think there is anyone that would take the care and pride they did, just excellent, have recamended them to 2 friends all extremely Happy

Great Product Universal Floors offers a full range of all types of flooring and they are extremely easy to work with. They are flexible in providing sample finishes before committing to the final finish which helps with full client satisfaction.

Excellent Job! Universal Floors refinished the hard wood floors upstairs in our 1940's home and the results are beautiful! They arrived on time, they were very careful with our furniture, they cleaned up very carefully at the end of each day, and they left with beautiful results. I would definitely use them again.
