Great experience from start to finish We selected Universal Floors to install new hardwood floors in place of carpet in my grandmother's home in Bethesda. It was a great experience - they came out to do the estimate and were very professional and patient with our questions. They showed up on time, did beautiful work and followed through on every promise. I will definitely recommend them to my friends in DC!

3 story historic home renovation The teams from Universal floors did a perfect job on our 150 year old wood floors. It was a complicated job needing two different types of floor trade expertise. Mr. South Lynn discovered this and saved us a lot of possible trouble down the road. His company was able to offer solutions to all the flooring issues we faced and they completed the work on time and within budget.
