Our home was a quick flip home. They used the cheapest way to reapir or upgrade the home. Our windows where no exception. They used new construction windows and lets just say they weren't done properly. THe windows after Universal Windows made me prouder to show my home to people. They did a great jobinstalling them and doing the proper trim work to make them look amazing!!

We are pleased with the windows thus far. We like that they have the temperature protection built in, and we like the lifetime warranty. Universal was easy to work with.
