Great Installer
Universal Windows and the installers are GREAT! Very happy thus far with these windows. Look great! Installed well. Oh, and I enjoyed the salesman too. The best and most informed salesperson I've ever dealt with.
From the salesman to the installers the team was great and kept us informed all along the way.
All but two new windows that were ordered have been installed as of this date. The new windows look great and the installation team were most courteous and professional. Two of the windows ordered were the incorrect size so those two windows are being re-ordered.
Because of the lack of communication between the company and myself I would have to say that I would have a hard time fully committing to a recommendation
