I like the windows. However the last couple of installations have not been very smooth. The warehouse lost one of my windows. This most recent wave a window was really messed up and they damaged my molding in order to shove it into place. I had inspection done for replacement and the estimated date for repairs passes without any explanation of what is wrong. I call in and the replacement window was stalled in the warehouse and was just now shipping a whole month after the estimated date. I figured this company would be a bit... read more

I called and asked when will the windows be here because they needed to be installed before more remodeling could be done, I was told deliveries were on Friday so it would be the end of this week or maybe next week,, the very next day(tuesday) I was called and told they were in and ready for install.
