I am likely to tell a friend who installed my windows but would feel the need to let them know that the installation never happened on the day it was originally scheduled even though the product was somewhere in the warehouse. Someone from Universal Windows screwed up and the installation had to be rescheduled. I never did get a straight answer as to how this happened.
