Our experience with this company was for the most part was positive. The salesman was professional and wasn't pushy. I wanted a french slider installation, but was told that they didn't make one. I referred him to their website and showed him the picture and door description (which had been on it for a year or more). He made a call and confirmed that style wasn't available any more and that the website would be updated.
