Easy to work with.
Overall a good experience from start to finish with one exception. We were told by our rep during the initial presentation that we would no longer experience condensation on our windows. (Our original windows were about 40 years old!) The day after installation, we had condensation on the same windows as before. We called customer service and were told this is normal and that our rep had given us wrong information.
