Overall the windows were good and the timeline from purchase to install was not too bad based on things. But the installers showed up an hour after the window for installation. They were to show up between 8-10, and they didn't start doing until until 11am. Also, windows didn't fully fill out holes to maximize the window size, there was 1/2-1 inch gap around each edge, so if they were "custom made" to fit our home then I would expect they would fit our window holes
