Well, they need to stick to their word, when they advertise buy 2 get 2 free because I didn't get anything for free. I received one window frame damaged and one window too short.

The price was considerably higher than I expected, but I have to admit that I did not attempt to price the units from other vendors. The salesman was also having a hard time accepting that much of his pitch was not aimed at someone who already knew he needed replacement of the units.

We will see how the situation is handled before I can reply So far I have not received any call telling me when the wrong windows will be fixed or when I can expect the ones that I didn't get because they were not measured properly. Not a great experience so far.
