the sales person was knowledgeable on the product but was a bit pushy with making the sale. It took some negotiating to get the true bottom line price which was WAY off from the original price given. However, everything else from customer service, scheduling, and installation was great. The installers called ahead, where on time and extremely professional. They explained the process and kept me in the loop during the install. The windows look great and the clean-up was spotless.

I gave it a four, because I think after the insulate after the windows was installed, they said the salesman should’ve called me and asked how everything went and in person and not online
