The installers where late I had a very hard time getting in touch with someone at the office to confirm appointment the installation crew were nice but I had to clean up outside after they left
The installation of the two windows went smoothly and in good time. The installers were very easy to talk with, and answered all of my questions.

We were very pleased with the installers, the workmanship, the windows and the final installation. The initial sales call is the worst part of the process. Typical "try to upsell" tactics. But once you are past all that, the windows are competitively priced and good quality.
Ordering and installing windows was easy and quick. I was not thrilled with the construction crew
Salesman was good, i should of shopped around. I think overall good quality/price. Customer Service needs to talk to their departments regarding permits and scheduling.
