I would likely recommend Universal Windows Direct to friends/family. My only complain is related to the comments left in question #16

They installed a new sliding glass door 2-3 years ago so we had them install the remainder of the windows in our house. The installer did a great job with the installation, arrived on time and cleaned up everything necessary before he left. We can tell the difference because our house is staying cooler in the heat we are experiencing and we will stay warmer when cold weather arrives!
