The windows are excellent and the installation went very well. I don’t care for the finance option we used.
My new windows were installed on January 31st, 2022 and I thought your techs did a great job however when spring weather came around and I got a good look at my windows from the out side looking in I noticed that the vinyl J Channeling around 4 of my windows had been damaged so I called the service department at U W Direct and scheduled someone to come out.
