Windows are good quality. Windows came in weeks earlier than expected and installation was done in 1 day.
I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy especially from the installation crew.
Our experience with Universal Windows Direct was fantastic! From our salesperson, office communications, to our installers, we were treated with respect, courtesy and everyone went the extra mile to make it work for us. The windows are excellent, we are thrilled! Highest recommendations!
The quality of the window and the professionalism of the installation were top notch. My only complaint would be the lack of communication from the office to me waiting for the install. I was told an approximate install date of September, there was a delay with a building permit, but nothing was mentioned until I called and found out it would be November. I'd suggest the office staff be as good as the installers are with customer concerns.
