Impressed. From the salesman, the installers, and to the service technicians that fixed a very small issue, we are very happy with our replacement windows. The salesman took his time to explain the windows and answer any questions. The installer welcomed us to watch them and explained their methods of installation and how they insulate to keep the weather out. We did have a cosmetic issue that required a part to be ordered and was replaced promptly. While there the service technician, that ordered the part, went through and ... read more
