The quality of the window and the professionalism of the installation were top notch. My only complaint would be the lack of communication from the office to me waiting for the install. I was told an approximate install date of September, there was a delay with a building permit, but nothing was mentioned until I called and found out it would be November. I'd suggest the office staff be as good as the installers are with customer concerns.
