I submitted several comments shortly after the window install and checked the box asking whether I would like to be contacted about my comments. No one ever got back to me. While I like the windows, the installation day was other than ideal. The workmen tracked dirt onto my carpets. After I worked on scrubbing the dirt off for an hour or so, two workmen took over to remove the marks, but, surely, better care should be taken in keeping a customer's home clean.
