The windows are great, but communication between installers and the company seems to need work

I only selected this because I would not recommend the entry door. It was not correct size and opening was adjusted. Installers did not install properly. Several adjustment had to be made. If it wasn’t for the sharp adjusters Harry and Cory it never wood have been fixed. The storm door was missing parts and waited 2 seasons to be fixed. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the adjuster on that but she was very good. I hope your company will hire job foremen with more care.
