We received excellent service/coordination with Universal Windows Direct, from the initial sales presentation to the installation of our patio doors. They had installed several windows in our house about a year before our patio door installation, so we knew their product and reputation, and we were happy to go back to them.
The crew was was prompt, very polite and professional. Great job cleaning up as well
Yes, be prepared for a longer than promised lead in time to completion, windows are exceptional.
The process started March 22nd. Completed, (except repairs) March 30. That's a long time without most of our window-treatments. Living in a fish bowl! Repairs are scheduled for April 13th.
