The product is great but the wait for the product and the fact that you start finance payments long before the product is delivered is troubling

Never knew about this copy until last year, but I think universal have a friend for life. After I complete this process with the windows, and doors I just purchased. I plan on purchasing five more windows in the near future. Love, the company!.
