I’m not 100% satisfied with the entire process from ordering to install for a couple of reasons. UWD scheduler created problems. A date was agreed upon for measuring but they sent a guy to measure on a different date. Since I still had window treatments at the windows he could not take accurate measurements and agreed to return on original set date. The product is great but the wait for the product and the fact that you start finance payments long before the product is delivered is troubling

Never knew about this copy until last year, but I think universal have a friend for life. After I complete this process with the windows, and doors I just purchased. I plan on purchasing five more windows in the near future. Love, the company!.
