The initial consult was great, with detailed explanations of what we were purchasing. Scheduling was seamless. Installation was quick, but was incomplete. The right hand should know what the left hand is doing.

I’m not 100% satisfied with the entire process from ordering to install for a couple of reasons. UWD scheduler created problems. A date was agreed upon for measuring but they sent a guy to measure on a different date. Since I still had window treatments at the windows he could not take accurate measurements and agreed to return on original set date. Also a date was set to install and the day before installation they called to reschedule. They did not check the permit instructions which states they must give the village 3-4 d... read more

The product is great but the wait for the product and the fact that you start finance payments long before the product is delivered is troubling
