Favorite place for my pets – This animal hospital is truly GREAT! We love the docs and the team here. Both our dog and our 2 cats are lucky to have Dr. Zola and Dr. Saunders in their lives. Although I have had a tough time getting early morning appts I wouldn't trade this vet hospital for any other.
Very nice neighborhood Vet – All my friends that live in the area go to University Animal Hospital so naturally I want to go somewhere they are comfortable and happy with. My dog doesn't seem to mind going to the vet which is a plus. The Dr.'s and staff are very friendly too. I would recommend to others.
MY DOG'S HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! – This team of veterinary health professionals are the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They helped us care for our 18 year old Jack Russell throughout his entire life and I credit them with helping him live a wonderful and happy and VERY long life. PET OWNERS BEWARE!!!!!! – It’s obvious they were worried about me writing a review (see deluge of ‘lovely’ reviews since my incident with UAH happened in ’08) and believe me I tried not to, but all other pet owners in my building urged me in order to aid others. Saved me! (and the dog) – I was recently pet sitting for my girlfriend's dog when she got really sick with a horrible stomach problem. I called her vet (University), freaking out, and the staff was awesome! They had us come in immediately and the doctor saw us right away. He was very professional and really nice. I was totally confident in the care she received and their recommendations. She was a good as new and it didn't cost me a fortune. Worth Every Penny!! – I've dealt with the Dr. Zola and University Animal Hospital for over 10 years and can only praise all the doctors, technicians and staff for their skill,kindness, and professionalism. I have recommended University Animal Hospital to all my friends and never have heard any complaints. I was impressed that after a referral they sent me a nice handwritten card thanking me! If you want excellent and personal care, UAH is the place to go!
Glad I took his advice! – I recently purchased 2 kittens from a local pet store. The owner of the store personally recommended his veterinarian to me. I was hesitant because I had used another vet for many years with my older cat. I LOVED this vet! I am so happy to have discovered University Animal Hospital. I've seen a couple of the doctors there and have been consistently impressed with their care. I have since transferred my other cat's files to University. I can't imagine going anywhere else
Crazy expensive – We took our puppy here for a check-up and since she hurt her leg previously we wanted a check on that as well. I have to say they took good care of her. Maybe too good I would say. Before we knew it we went through a whole circus of X-rays, medication, hospitalization etc. When I picked up my dog, she was totally drugged up. My kitten's in good hands! – I hate taking my cat to the vet as much as she hates going. Parenting is hard! But UAH has the friendliest staff around (you'll love Beverly), and I've always felt like my baby is in good hands when she's there!
