Great Staff, Caring Doctors – I have never had a bad experience here. The Doctors are all compassionate and friendly, it is very quick and easy to book an appointment and I don't find the prices unreasonable. The groomer, Gracia was great with my fearful pooch and as a group,they always make me feel calm even when I'm worried about my baby, and I wouldn't trust her to anyone else! I can't see myself ever switching vets now that I have found one I am truly comfortable with.
Great Veterinary care – This hospital was highly recommended by people in our neighborhood. We were very pleased with the Doctor and the staff and the hospital was spotless. Dr. Zola treated our dog's ear problem expertly. We would definately use them again and would recommend them to our friends w/ pets.
Not dog lovers – I took my dog to this vet the other day and I was very disappointed with the place. I can't recall the name of the vet that saw my dog, but it was not Dr. Zola (who was reccommended to me), it was his associate. When I took my dog into the room, he didn't even look at her. He sat and read her records and just seemed very cold towards my baby girl. Then, he asked ME to lift her onto the table. Great Veterinarians!! – I don't know who this other reviewer came across, but we have been taking our cat and dog to this clinic for 2 years now. Everyone, from the receptionists to the techs to the veterinarians, are kind, compassionate and ALWAYS makes us and, more importantly, our pets feel at home and truly cared for! We recently had an eye emergency w/ our bulldog and, in the process, met ALL of the vets - we can vouch for every employee of this hospital and they are all WONDERFUL! Expensive, yes...worth it, yes!!!!!
Rude staff – What can I say. Had a miserable experience there. Extremely expensive. Can't recommend the place at all.
