Caring and Professional – A staff that cares, and spends time with their customers. Pets are treated well, and illnesses are cured. I really like how they answer your questions. I recommend this office!
Best Vet – If you are a first time -- and somewhat nervous -- pet owner (like I was), then I urge you to put your trust in Dr. Zola and his team at University Animal Hospital. When my 4-pound, 9-month old Maltese wasn't feeling well, the folks at UAH took great care of him (and they kept me calm as well). My dog loves her Vet : – My mini doxie just reached her one-year mark and I am so glad that she went through that first year of puppydom under the care of Dr. Zola and University Animal Hospital. I can honestly say, my dog LOVES going to the vet. She perks up when Dr. Zola enters the room, and even before that, when his assistant signs us in and tells Dailey how cute she is. Personalized and compassionate animal care – My kitties have been patients at the University Animal Hospital for 4.5 years now and we have had only great experiences. From when I first brought them in as kittens from a shelter, to annual visits, to emergencies. A few months ago, I had to put one of my boys down unfortunately. Simply THE BEST – I have known Dr. Zola and his wife Lisa since 1994, when my husband and I got our first dog. We compete in dog agility at the national level, and have also finished a few champions in the conformation ring. We have been on Animal Planet with our dogs. Vet care at it's BEST! – We have been using this hospital for the past 4 years and at this point have met with all the docs that work there (Zola is our favorite). The care both we and our pets received was INCREDIBLE! This facility is a real find and every experience we've had there has been a pleasure. The Best for my cats! – We have been using Dr Zola and his associates for the past 11 years. We are always extremely happy w/ the service that we receive and our pet's get EXCELLENT care. We've always felt that the price we pay for the quality of care and service is extremely fair. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone interested in treating their pet to the best in Veterinary care. In addition, I love the front office staff. The place is extremely clean and I would not use anbody else ever!
Good vets, Bad price – Dr. Zola is a great veterinarian. However, whe we had to get our cat spayed, he did not perform the surgery and we were charged $700. My husband and I called twice to inform them that our cat was in heat and nobody informed us of the extra $200+ the surgery would cost because of this. Be VERY careful when working with this group...they overcharge to an absurd degree.
