I am not finished yet but so far so good. Had to leave to go to a doctor appt. The doctor seemed very nice. I was treated respectfull by the nurse.

It wasn’t crowded! The staff were friendly and courteous! The facility was clean and comfortable! The doctor was extremely polite and friendly! Including me in deciding what she would used!

I had a great experience at the University Hospital Urgent Care facility in Cleveland Hts. The wait time was minimal and all of the staff were very helpful and personable. Dr. Darejeh addressed all of my concerns and treated the issue. I was also able to have my prescription filled at the facility which was so convenient.

This Urgent Care team has been my go to for my family. Jesse remembered me and my son from a prior visit . She asked how he was doing. Eliza the APRN-CNP remembered me from a prior visit. She broke everything down to me and I was appreciative. She prescribed the meds I needed to start feeling better. They are a friendly fun team and I think they work well together. I usually really like this urgent care and the people are very welcoming and understanding. My visit was good a few days ago but, when I called this Monday 3/2 at around 1:10pm or so. A woman answered the call with the opposite energy. From when she answered the phone to when she let out this big sigh as I was just asking about my test results then put me on hold and never got back to me. The call ended up telling me to leave a voicemail.
