I arrived at 7:45 and only waited 10 minutes to be seen. Nurse was great and prepped for doctor. The doctor, Darejeh, was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Could not have been better.

You guys did great. Getting there early was a good plan. One disappointment is that I tried to go in the back door and could not go in. I was waiting there at 7:55 and people who came after me went in the front door and got taken care of first. Now I know to wait at the front door. Receptionist was great. Nurse was great Dr. Tan was great. I highly recommend the facility. I’m pretty sure next time, though that I will try and pre-register make an appointment online. Thank you for being here in Cleveland Heights.
