Dr.Caleb Grimes was so helpful. Did not have to go to a pharmacy to fill my prescription. They filled it right there. GREAT

The P A was great The nurse was great The receptionist was not, she was indifferent and not nice
Caleb was wonderful. Female at the front desk was rude and unpleasant.
My medication wasn’t prepared. It was still powder. Nurse had a horrible bedside manner. The nurse practitioner was great. I am so disappointed because I’ve always had a great experience at this location. I am disgusted that I got all the way home for the medication to not even be prepared.

The person who brought me to exam room was terrible. I am deaf.deaf with a cochlear implant. She was very impatient with my limited hearing. I also walk with a walker and have a very compromised left hand. She was not at all willing to help me get into the bathroom or the exam room. The Doctor Who took care of me was excellent. The receptionist the front desk was very kind. My only concern was how rude and uncaring the person was that brought me back to the exam room.
I didn’t get the result of my flu/covid/rsv swab; the clinic was out of torodol for a migraine; I have never experienced a clinic being out of torodol. drove 15-20 mins to the next clinic with a migraine for torodol, then they ‘forgot’ I was there and waited in a room for 20-30 mins until I finally poked my head out. Not 1 person was doing anything and I was just in the room waiting. Receptionist was not personable or friendly.

For a scheduled appointment the wait was entirely too llong

2 hour wait even with an appointment. After an hour I asked if they knew how much longer and she said she had no idea. The physician assistant was in and out in 5 minutes. A better bedside manner would go a long way in smoothing things over. They either overbook or are understaffed or both..
