I didn’t get the result of my flu/covid/rsv swab; the clinic was out of torodol for a migraine; I have never experienced a clinic being out of torodol. drove 15-20 mins to the next clinic with a migraine for torodol, then they ‘forgot’ I was there and waited in a room for 20-30 mins until I finally poked my head out. Not 1 person was doing anything and I was just in the room waiting. Receptionist was not personable or friendly.

For a scheduled appointment the wait was entirely too llong

2 hour wait even with an appointment. After an hour I asked if they knew how much longer and she said she had no idea. The physician assistant was in and out in 5 minutes. A better bedside manner would go a long way in smoothing things over. They either overbook or are understaffed or both..

Arrived on time for 12:52pm appointment. Was told it wasn’t “really” an appointment, but more of a placeholder. Wasn’t seen until 2:35pm. Lobby full of coughing and sick people. No air disinfection equipment visible anywhere. I asked if I could wait in my car and receptionist told me I wouldn’t hear my name called, although I specified I was parked immediately in front of the front door. She was of no help whatsoever. Waited in room #1 for close to 40 minutes before being seen for 5 minutes and prescribed an antibiotic. Exce... read more

You don’t do anything but refer to the ER. It’s a money grab. Two visits and both times sent to ER when it was a simple matter urgent care should be able to resolve. Next time going somewhere else.
I LOVE THAT UH CLINIC CLEAN AND SO PROFESSIONAL EVERYONE THERE MY SECOND TIME I WILL GO AGAIN IF NEEDED. THEY DO A GREAT JOB I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO TO YOU ]
