your staff was slammed with people. on a holiday weekend only one person was attending walk ins. it took a real long time to get registered. we went online to preregister ahead to make sure we can be seen . well that went by the wayside. almost an hour in line. the staff was great and were always listening no rushing. staff were not to blame.
From the time I walked through the door everyone was friendly.. Rachel was awesome! She was very personal and explained things and made sure I understood everything. Jess was very pleasant and did an awesome job too!

Front desk experience was great! In patient doctor experience was… interesting. Had a tick bite that just happened and no cleaning of the area and had to ask for her to look at the bite with tool to see if it was fully removed. Seems like that would be standard.
I was very satisfied with my care and treatment plan.
