Took both of my kids in on separate days and both experiences were great. The facility is clean and new and the staff are very friendly. We got through everything very quickly and insurance was taken very easily. Met with a Doctor and a NP and bot were fantastic.
Front desk was very pleasant and professional. Medical assistant was the same, pleasant, professional, and thorough. My comments regarding the Provider are the same as those I wrote about the Medical assistance with the addition of, listens attentively, genuinely cares for her patients. Provider was just a great professional medical person. Glad this facility is here.
The administrative secretary was efficient and kind. Nurse Debbie as excellent. She had a good bed side manner and was thorough and informative. Physician Assistant Joe seems very qualified and respectful.
It started out well with quick, appropriate service. I had a culture for a bad wound infection last Sunday.By Wednesday, they still didn’t have my results and someone was supposed to call me. Never called and when I called on Saturday, 6 days later they would not give be my report over the phone. I’m sitting in the waiting room waiting for someone to talk to about whether or not they will tell me what drugs should be used to treat my infection. I had my first experience yesterday evening. Everyone from the registration and staff (she was so sweet and kind!) to the doctor and nurses were pleasant, attentive, fun and really engaging! I was in and out within an hour. The facility is beautiful and clean.
