Best experience I’ve ever had seeing a provider. Not only could I book an available time online in advance so as not to wait in the waiting room, once I arrived, the check in process was quick and easy; I went back to a room as soon as my paperwork was completed; the tech arrived almost immediately to take vitals; and then I barely waited anytime at all for the provider to come in. So happy to discover this urgent care location! We were visiting family from out of town when my 6 year old spiked a fever. This location was 5 minutes from our hotel and I was easily able to make an appointment and register online. The staff were all great and the brand new facility is gorgeous. We were in and out quickly.
I had my first experience yesterday evening. Everyone from the registration and staff (she was so sweet and kind!) to the doctor and nurses were pleasant, attentive, fun and really engaging! I was in and out within an hour. The facility is beautiful and clean.
Took both of my kids in on separate days and both experiences were great. The facility is clean and new and the staff are very friendly. We got through everything very quickly and insurance was taken very easily. Met with a Doctor and a NP and bot were fantastic.
This was my first time at this facility. From the moment i entered the building to leaving, it was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, patient and professional. I highly recommend!!
