Matt the PA was gentle, kind, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, thorough, and knew what he was doing. He made it a good experience also the young lady at the front desk whose name I do not know made registering very easy. It’s also wonderful to be able to get your medication‘s there. Also, Matt listened to me and heard my concern.
