Front desk personnel were pleasant. The nurse was professional. The PA was knowledgeable and had good communication. Referral was in place as soon as we finished our visit there. Thank you for your help!
Front desk was amazing. I felt and still feel horrible, but front desk got me right back to the room as soon as possible to start the process.

I woke up with a dry in my eye. I ran over to Solon urgent care at 8am because I had a 9:00 appointment, I was out by 8:18 with a dx and medicine. Staff was friendly and efficient! Great job!
Everyone was very nice and professional. Whole process, including X-rays, was relatively quick and efficient.
