Facility- clean, neat, well kept Front Desk - Receptionist, friendly and professional, organized Triage Nurse- friendly, focused, professional, explained what she was going to do and proceeded On Staff Doctor - polite, friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain, answer questions and ensured I understood. This is a follow up to my earlier review. After going online and scheduling an appointment for 10 AM this morning as I earlier stated, I was there for an extremely long time because there was only one provider working the building. It was very crowded. a lot of people needed urgent care although I’m not sure I would use the word urgent for this facility. I sat in a room waiting for my doctor for one hour and 20 minutes.
