The wait wasn’t very long, the front desk staff and medical assistant were friendly and competent, the PA Matthew was great.

I had a 12:00 PM appointment and arrived on time—actually a bit early. By 2:30 PM, after waiting for over two hours, I checked with the receptionist to see when I might be seen. She told me she had notified the practitioner. By 2:45 PM, I still had not been seen by either a nurse or the practitioner. I am usually very understanding of delays, and I would have been willing to continue waiting if the practitioner had simply taken a moment to acknowledge the delay or apologize, especially knowing she was working alone. Ok, i guess. Front desk person was not at all welcoming, and very abrupt. She had her personal phone in her hand when I checked in and out. Practioner did not seem very interested in my very sore ankle and asked ME if I wanted an X-ray. I left afterward feeling unsatisfied..
No help from the doctor. “ I Do not know why you have pain” - best answer you can hear from the urgent care. Completely pointless!
2 hour wait and waited almost an hour in the room. Will never come there again
