My wife and I both went in sick on a Friday evening around 6pm. The person at the front desk was exceptionally friendly in greeting us. We were brought back to triage within a few minutes, and treated so nicely. When the provider came in she was so kind, and listened thoroughly. We really felt not just "treated" but actually CARED for. It was a very positive experience.
