The front desk person is friendly and made the check in process seamless. The technician was not only friendly but also knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner was exceptional - easy to talk to and took the time to explain the next steps and what to expect. The entire process was smooth and efficient.

Ok, i guess. Front desk person was not at all welcoming, and very abrupt. She had her personal phone in her hand when I checked in and out. Practioner did not seem very interested in my very sore ankle and asked ME if I wanted an X-ray. I left afterward feeling unsatisfied..
No help from the doctor. “ I Do not know why you have pain” - best answer you can hear from the urgent care. Completely pointless!
2 hour wait and waited almost an hour in the room. Will never come there again
