I have taken my fur babies to University West for 29 years, and prior to that, our family took our babies to Starch. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Doctors and staff are so kind and caring towards the animals, and to us, as well. And they are spot on with diagnosis and treatment. I 100% recommend them!
Univ West is wonderful; great care, great staff, great grooming, we've been taking our dog there for 12 years; people are always polite, professional and fun to work with.
This is the most caring Vet I have ever gotten my Burnaby too. My lab is 14 and having health issues. The Dr. Was very understanding about my cost and how to help her from the pain. I will always be going her e.
The staff was so great with Luna. She charmed them and they gave her a toy for being so good. Luna loves people so much. She had to have 3 lumps inspected and was anxious. The staff made her forget she was at the doctor’s office. She left feeling like it was the best day ever! Thank you for taking care of my Luna!
We have taken all of our fur kids to University West for a fair number of years and have always been pleased. They have been wonderful to the animals and great to us.
While Kellen and I lost our beloved Gandalf, we couldn't have asked for a better vet to help us along the way. I truly believe Dr. Henning went above and beyond for our baby and it makes our hearts a little less heavy knowing he was in good hands all the way to the end.
All the vets are caring & knowledge! Office staff is friendly!! Love ❤️ it!!
