Dr. Martz and staff provide excellent service. We never feel rushed and the vets always give us the time we need to make informed decisions for our companions! Clients for over 15 years.
I have recently seen 3 different vets for my new puppy’s immunizations. All of them have been wonderful. Very professional and great at explaining and answering my questions. I have used University West for over 30 years and have found them to be a great pet service.
These guys always go above and beyond everytime I go. I am famous for making last minute requests, and they always get it done! I love the people there!
i love, love, love, dr. takes and the trust she has built with my fur- babies over the years when I turn into the parking lot they are so excited to see her that they bolt for the treatment rooms, all smiles and tails wagging! I recommend her to anyone that regards their pets as family. she gets us!
This place is amazing. I was in a bind this morning, with 3 dogs that needed last minute kennel cough vaccines ASAP! They got all 3 of my dogs in and out within 20 min so we could take them to the boarding facility on time. Very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the University West Per Clinic staff.
We are excited to get to work with UWPC as an Iowa rescue who takes in a lot of dogs in need of medical care. They have been incredibly helpful in starting a relationship as a new vet partner, and we know based on multiple referrals these dogs will get the best of care.
