Have been using this clinic for about two years now. Switched from a long time vet I had for over ten years. Best thing I ever did for my boys health.
If I could leave no stars I would. Dr. Fraseur performed a spay on our cat Skippy Thursday, Dec 27th. When I picked her up she was not herself and the vet came out to chat with me saying she woke up from surgery well then is not doing well. She doesn't like her tail touched and tried to bite the vet tech. Not like her. They said they gave her some pain meds that will last a few days. She was very groggy, lethargic, and just sleeping around the clock for the next 5 days. She was still eating so we just thought the surgery... read more
University west did a wonderful job caring for my rabbit.. I will go back for every pet I have. doctor takus is amazing.
Very disappointed in this vet clinic. Boarded our 1 year old purebred chocolate lab for 3 nights. When we picked him up they said he was good. One week later I get a call from them saying they will not board him again because he is a lab puppy and has too much energy. I would think a vet clinic would know that a lab puppy needs to get out and exercise. Evidently this clinic only lets them out of their kennel a very few times a day, as they advised to take him somewhere where he can get some exercise.
I listened to them laugh and call my dog names for whimpering while getting his anal glands expressed. VERY unprofessional. I heard comments like "This is so entertaining" "Sorry for the weird noise" "He sounds like a dinosaur." I'm sorry but my pet is like my baby and to sit in a room while I hear the staff and vet laugh at him and make jokes because he is getting a finger up his butt is one of the most rude things I have ever heard.
