I have been with Urban Insurance for a numbers of years, their rates are great, last year I had to make a claim because my car was hit while parked and I had read many negative reviews, however, I did not experience any problem with my claim. Everything was done efficiently and I was satisified. Whenever I had questions they always got back to me in an appropriate timeframe.
