I initially invested a total of $500 over a period of 5 weeks. Do not get a policy through this company, they are absolutely HORRIBLE! My vehicle was hit while parked in front of my house on July 26th, my vehicle wasn’t picked up until three days later. They are the worse insurance agency ever. They have no place for you to pay you bill with out a surge charge. And after I did this questionnaire I revived a call from Judy harassing me. They are very unprofessional. I Do not recommend them in any way.
Never had a problem with their customer service until today. I called today to follow up on my refund check, after cancelling my policy. The associate answered the phone, "Hello, how may I help you?" I proceeded to tell the associate my reason for calling. She then rudely asks me "and who is this?" For a moment, I was going to oblige her and tell her my name. This service is Terrible, my mom filed a claim in November 2014 and still waiting to receive the check from this company to get her car from the auto detailing shop because this company URBAN INSURANCE keep lying to her and the majority of the time won't answer her phone calls. I would never recommend this company to any body.
